Apex Accommodations is Apex Mountain Resort's primary property and rental accommodation provider. From slopeside chalet's to private townhouses or condos, Apex Accommodations has a place for everyone. Choose from private laundry facilities, hot tubs, satellite entertainment and more so you can find the lodging that is best suited to you. Rental Agreement: Deposit: A non refundable deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus taxes is due at the time of booking. Balance: Full payment is due upon arrival. Payment: Visa, Master Card, Debit*, cheque (business/travellers only)* and cash* are accepted forms of payment. * A valid credit card is required for damage deposit. Late Payments: Unpaid deposits cannot guarantee reservations.
Rates: Rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the unit. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to GST (5%) and HRT (8%).
Maximum Occupancy: If the maximum occupancy is exceeded a minimum $100.00 fine per person, per night will be applied.
Age Limit: The average age of your group must be 25 years of age or older (except to families with children or ski/snow board teams). Further exceptions may apply at the discretion of Apex Accommodations.
Damages: A $500 damage deposit is required at the time of check-in. Apex Accommodations reserves the right to charge guests if any damages are incurred during their stay. Damages can be in the form of damages to the interior or exterior of the building, broken or missing items, and excessive dirtiness. Guests will keep ski/snow board equipment in the designated storage area and not wax indoors. Guests agree to immediately report any damage found or caused. Guests will respect the property plus neighbouring guests. Guests will not remove any items from the rental unit, as each unit is privately owned. The registered guest is responsible for any persons that enter the building during their stay.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided. Each unit is equipped with adequate linens and towels for each stay. Each stay includes one full clean upon checkout. Additional housekeeping is available for a nominal fee and must be pre-arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
Garbage disposal: There is a green bin (garbage) and a yellow bin (cardboard) located in the village centre, a few meters downhill from the barn. Each stay includes pick up upon checkout. Additional pickup is available for a nominal fee. If required, please contact staff at main office.
Quiet Time is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Should guests behavior necessitate eviction, including a complaint of excessive noise, all pre-paid rent deposits shall be considered earned and therefore non refundable.
Snowmobiles: Snowmobiles are not allowed on the premises of most properties. Failure to respect this policy will result in a minimum $500.00 fine.
Smoking: There is a no smoking policy in all of Apex Accommodations rental units. Failure to respect this policy will result in a minimum $500.00 fine.
Pets: There is an interior and exterior no pet policy for most of the Apex Accommodations units. Failure to respect this policy will result in a minimum $500.00 fine and you will be asked to bring your pet to the nearest kennel. There are a couple of properties that allow pets upon approval. Please inquire.
Check-In Time: Check-in time is at 4pm. Early check-ins may be arranged one day prior to arrival upon availability.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is 10am. Late checkouts may be pre-arranged one day prior to departure upon availability. Fees will apply for unscheduled late checkouts as cleaning staff is standing by. Upon checkout we require you to do the following: 1. Put all used laundry in the bathroom, including all linens and towels. 2. Separate recyclables and garbage into the bin/can provided. 3. Wash, dry and put away all used dishes. 4. Return all unit keys to the Apex Accommodations office (The charge for lost keys is a minimum of $50.00 for re-keying the unit to ensure that it is safe and secure).
The property owners and managers shall not be held liable for any damage, injuries, illness or weather related problems occurring during or affecting the guests booking or stay.
